Mail-It® Pen Software
Mail-It® Software is the electronic analog of a loose-leaf notepad. But unlike the paper original, the number of
Mail-It® pages is not limited by the size of your binder, and can be written on over and over again,
with each new version stored automatically in the electronic book.

for Mail-It® to develop a unique and individual information storage system.
Digital
Ink
Mail-It®
uses digital ink to store information and does not attempt to interpret input.
Thus, Mail-It® can be used in any language. If you keep a diary or write letters or memos by hand, then
you are already using a written form of communication that is understandable without
any computer interpretation. This saves paper also.
Auto
Storing
You don't have to remember where you wrote
put that important information. Write it down in with Mail-It® and
the message is automatically stored. You do not need to remember to save your
input.
No Typing
Required
Because Mail-It® accepts input from
electronic pen styli, a memo, note, or diagram can be easily written down and
stored permanently in electronic form. For those who don't type or want to use a
keyboard, Mail-It® allows a more natural input yet allows information
to be transmitted or stored electronically. Do you want to fax a quick message
to a colleague? Use Mail-It® and your pen tablet to quickly Mail-It® on your
favourite
template and fax it with your fax software. There is no need for typing or
printing the message which then has to be taken to another machine to fax. Use
the more natural way!
Send
Handwritten Mail
Mail-It®
can even send your written page via your email program.
Write your note and then click on the Send Mail Icon on the
toolbar. This will open your email program and attach the Mail-It note.
Then, just choose from within your address book's client list
and click send in your email program.
The Mail-It Screen
Here is what the Mail-It screen looks

Tools
on the toolbar are simple and suitable for most actions you
will need. They include printing, sending email, pen thickness,
ink colour, last action undo and redo, area
fill, page delete, page cute, copy and paste, get a new
background and help.
